F3 Sydney - Newcastle : slow vehicle analyses

The report is based on classification counts taken either as a part of special surveys or during a process of toll collections. This is further supplemented with data from the Origin/Destination Survey (1975) and data from the permanent counting station just north of the Toll Gates (76.001).本报告基于两类分类统计数据搭建分析基础：一类采集自专项调查工作，另一类产生于收费通行作业流程。此外，本报告进一步补充纳入了1975年起讫点调查（Origin/Destination Survey）的数据，以及收费闸口北侧永久计数站点（编号76.001）的相关统计资料。
