In this study we aimed to identify fusion transcripts by RNAseq in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) without recurrent genetic abnormalities and correlate them with clinical and phenotypic data. For this purpose, we sequenced 109 patients diagnosed with AML myelodysplasia-related or AML not otherwise specified between 1998 and 2020 in hospitals from CETLAM cooperative group. Fusions were detected using STAR-Fusion version 1.9.0.
