DCAFs function as substrate receptors in the CRL4 complex, a type of ubiquitin ligase. The goal of this project is to identify genes whose transcription is affected by DCAF knockdown. By integrating transcriptome data with our proteomics data, we aim to identify direct substrates of the target DCAF proteins.
