Frequent birth of de novo genes in the compact yeast genome

The files contain a combination of ORFs with evidence of translation using ribosome profling data and annotated coding sequences (CDS). Please note that in some cases a start codon other than ATG was detected. Some transcripts had more than one translated ORF (indicated with sufixes -1, -3, etc.).
