Based on all-media multimodal information, Chengantong employs advanced technologies such as big data, natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV). Leveraging massive volumes of public opinions and sentiments collected from Internet platforms, it helps relevant departments timely discover and rapidly perceive emergencies, public opinion trends and hot events within cities or regions. Additionally, via a dedicated transfer and supervision platform, it provides full-process services including distribution, supervision and resolution of specific issues for government departments at all levels.
