Processed data for "Model identification of neural encoding (MINE)" publication

This dataset contains mouse and zebrafish data processed by MINE. These datafiles were used to generate the publication figures for the mouse cortical dataset [musall.hdf5] (Figure 5) and the zebrafish whole-brain [main_analysis.hdf5] (Figures 6 and 7) and reticulospinal datasets [rs_analysis.hdf5] (Figure 6). Musall.hdf5 contains reordered data from "Musall, S., Kaufman, M.T., Juavinett, A.L. et al. Single-trial neural dynamics are dominated by richly varied movements. Nat Neurosci 22, 1677–1686 (2019)."
