本数据集为Excel格式文件，收录数据集1至3，涵盖不同物种同源基因（orthologs）的关联信息。其中：数据集1包含鸡与斑点雀鳝、鸡与象鲨、斑点雀鳝与象鲨三对物种间的同源关联数据；数据集2包含盲鳗与七鳃鳗间的同源关联数据；数据集3包含脊椎动物（鸡、斑点雀鳝、象鲨、盲鳗及海七鳃鳗）与无脊椎动物（海参及贝氏文昌鱼）类群间的同源关联数据。
