Healthy people, PTB patients and PTB patients with DM were enrolled in this study. 16S rRNA genes sequencing was conducted to analyze the composition of gut microbiota in each group. Untargeted fecal and serum metabolomics were applied to determine the content of metabolites. Correlation analysis was conducted to evaluate the underlying relationship between gut microbiota and metabolites in PTB patients and PTB patients with DM.
