Summarized data set of surveys conducted at first annually, then every
two years.

Topics: The data set summarizes the contents of ZA Study Nos. 0606 to
0608, 0676, 0677, 0928, 0929, 1075 to 1077, 1328 and 1329.

Under the individual study numbers the contents are described in
detail.

For all or almost all times of survey among other things the following
was collected: length of stay and information on visits home; situation
of family members in the FRG; greatest concerns and difficulties;
assumed attitudes of Germans to foreign workers; interest in German
citizenship and party preference; information on housing situation and
rent; length of school attendance and information on professional
training; information on car possession.

Interviewer rating: disturbance of the course of the interview by
others; communication difficulties; willingness of respondent to
cooperate; assessment of knowledge of national language as well as of
the German language; city size.
