Towards Compact City – Gdańsk-Osowa district case study, proposal no 7, January 2021

The data presents results of work within the participatory planning process: Towards Compact City – Gdańsk-Osowa district case study, proposal no 7, from January 2021. The goal of the process was to present the new, innovative design visions for the area located in Gdańsk-Osowa district in the context of “Compact city” and “Walkable city” ideas. The aim of the research was to test the ideas of “compact” and “walkable” cities in the context of a suburban neighborhood. The dataset presents design of the possible solutions for empty and crucial due to its location area that could be redeveloped in the sustainable paradigm. The dataset presents the design work of students of the Faculty of Architecture, Gdańsk University of Technology (FA Gdańsk Tech) -  5th semester of the Bachelor Studies (undergraduate studies) at the FA Gdańsk Tech coordinated by prof. Justyna Martyniuk-Pęczek. The participatory process of design was conducted between October 2020 and January 2021. Parallel a discussion about the new land-use plan was conducted on the municipal level. The results of the research were presented for the Gdańsk Municipality.The design results in dataset are the effect of cooperation between Gdańsk University of Technology and the council of the Gdańsk-Osowa district. The design results in dataset form the basis for further research and development studies of the district.

本数据集呈现了参与式规划流程的工作成果：《面向紧凑城市（Compact City）——格但斯克-奥索瓦（Gdańsk-Osowa）街区案例研究》，2021年1月第7号提案。本次规划流程的目标是，围绕“紧凑城市”与“步行友好城市（Walkable City）”理念，为格但斯克-奥索瓦街区提出全新的创新性设计愿景。本研究旨在近郊社区场景下验证“紧凑城市”与“步行友好城市”的设计理念。本数据集收录了针对因区位条件兼具闲置性与重要性的地块，可采用可持续范式进行再开发的潜在设计方案。本数据集的设计作品来自格但斯克理工大学建筑学院（Faculty of Architecture, Gdańsk University of Technology，简称FA Gdańsk Tech）的本科学生：由尤斯蒂娜·马尔蒂纽克-佩切克（Justyna Martyniuk-Pęczek）教授指导的建筑学院本科五年级课程的学生作业。本次设计参与式流程于2020年10月至2021年1月期间开展，同期还在市政层面展开了关于全新土地利用规划的研讨。本研究成果已提交至格但斯克市政当局。本数据集中的设计成果是格但斯克理工大学与格但斯克-奥索瓦街区议会合作的产物，可作为该街区后续研究与开发工作的基础。
