DEM simulation output for a seamount subduction model using DEPTH

This repository includes the simulation output for a seamount subduction model using discrete element code DEPTH develped by jamstec.The commercial license for the DEM software DEPTH is available from this vendor: https://www.advancesoft.jp/products/particle-method/advance_depth/. Academic collaboration is available from the authors upon reasonable request. The "DEPTH_seamount_output" directory includes the raw output from DEM simulation and a python script for reading data. The output for the triangular-seamount case are in directory "output_sm1" and "output_sm2". The output for the rough-layer case are in directory "output_rl1" and "output_rl2". The script for reading ".dat" and ".txt" files is "read.py". This version is for submittion of revisions on the paper.
