Lamb rumen virome

Rumen virome was recovered from the lamb metagenome co-assembly, following the viral sequence identification SOP v3 (DOI:dx.doi.org/10.17504/protocols.io.bwm5pc86), with VirSorter2 v2.2.3 ¹² and CheckV v0.8.1 ¹³. DRAM-v.py was ran to annotate the sequences identified as viral, followed by manual curation according to the SOP. Annotated virome scaffolds are available here.

本研究从羔羊宏基因组共组装结果中获取了瘤胃病毒组（rumen virome），分析过程遵循病毒序列鉴定标准操作流程v3（SOP v3，DOI:dx.doi.org/10.17504/protocols.io.bwm5pc86），采用VirSorter2 v2.2.3¹²与CheckV v0.8.1¹³完成病毒序列鉴定。随后使用DRAM-v.py对鉴定得到的病毒序列进行功能注释，并参照该标准操作流程开展人工审校。注释后的病毒组拼接骨架序列可从此处获取。
