2017-2021年病虫害防治LED光配方研究数据集

在我国河南新乡、河北廊坊、云南昆明、云南德宏等地的田间和北京的实验室，针对棉铃虫、金龟子、草地贪夜蛾、盲椿象等重要害虫和天敌，于2017-2021年期间开展了害虫对不同波长LED的选择行为生物学研究及视觉感应机制的分子生物学研究。采集过程中通过设置重复试验、加对照处理校准等方法，确保检测数据的质量。从田间采集的昆虫样品-20℃低温冰柜中贮存。

From 2017 to 2021, biological and molecular biological studies were carried out in fields across Xinxiang (Henan Province), Langfang (Hebei Province), Kunming (Yunnan Province) and Dehong (Yunnan Province), as well as a laboratory in Beijing. The research targeted major pests and their natural enemies including cotton bollworm, scarab beetles, fall armyworm, mirid bugs and other related species, with two core contents: 1) investigations on the selection behavior of these organisms towards LED lights with different wavelengths; 2) molecular biological analyses of their visual perception mechanisms. To ensure the quality of the test data, repeated trials and control group calibrations were employed during sample collection. All insect samples collected from the fields were preserved in a -20℃ ultra-low temperature freezer.
