we covalently attached TSN (Toosendanin, a small molecular compound) to agarose beads via ketone or OH group, used for identification of the TSN target(s). We incubated human PBMC-macrophages-derived cell lysates with these TSN-conjugated beads and identified potentially TSN-interacting proteins by mass spectrometry-based proteomic analysis after affinity chromatography
