Eureka Lodge, Swadlincote, Derbyshire. Historic Building Recording (OASIS ID: crestwoo2-315784)

Crestwood Environmental Ltd. has been appointed by Mallard Homes to undertake a Historic Photographic Survey of Eureka Lodge, Swadlincote, Derbyshire. Although the building is of local importance, both from its architectural presence and its connections with the Wragg family who founded the Wragg Pipe-works in Swadlincote during the late 19th century, the building was not deemed to meet the criteria required for Listing. Health and Safety considerations restricted the survey to the exterior of the building only.

克雷斯伍德环境有限公司（Crestwood Environmental Ltd.）受马拉德住宅公司（Mallard Homes）委托，对德比郡斯瓦丁科特的尤里卡小屋（Eureka Lodge）开展历史影像勘测工作。该建筑虽因建筑特色及与19世纪末在斯瓦丁科特创立沃拉格管道厂（Wragg Pipe-works）的沃拉格家族的渊源，具备地方层面的历史重要性，但并未满足列入建筑保护名录的相关标准。出于健康与安全考量，本次勘测仅可针对建筑外立面展开。
