Wildcat genotypes

This dataset is composed of 30 microsatellites genotyped in 232 individuals from French European wildcats Felis silvestris silvestris. The sex of each individual is provided when known. The population between "Central" (C) and "North-Eastern" (NE) patches is also reported.
