In this work, 1,3-disubstituted urea additives are employed to study the effect of different substituents at −NH moiety on the quality of the perovskite layer and device performance. This data set contains the optoelectronic (UV-Vis) and compositional characterization of the resulted thin films (XRD, SEM) and photovoltaic properties of the fabricated solar cells (J-V curves, carrier recombination, power conversion efficiency, hysteresis effect). The resulting perovskite films were also characterized by steady-state photoluminescence (PL) and time-resolved PL (TRPL) measurements.
本研究中,使用1,3-二取代脲类添加剂,探究−NH位点上的不同取代基对钙钛矿层质量及器件性能的影响。本数据集包含所制得薄膜的光电子学表征(紫外-可见吸收光谱,UV-Vis)与成分表征结果(含X射线衍射,X-ray Diffraction, XRD;扫描电子显微镜,Scanning Electron Microscopy, SEM),以及制备完成的太阳能电池的光伏特性,具体包括电流-电压(J-V)曲线、载流子复合行为、光电转换效率与迟滞效应。此外,还通过稳态光致发光(PL)与时间分辨光致发光(TRPL)测试对所得钙钛矿薄膜进行了表征。
