The elastic modulus of flat solid wood composite flooring is an important and mandatory criterion for determining whether a product meets regulatory standards. A higher elastic modulus indicates better product quality. This dataset performs testing on the elastic modulus of flat solid wood composite flooring, providing references for enterprise production, assisting enterprises in optimizing their production processes, and offering a reliable basis for government quality supervision and consumer purchasing decisions. 1. Product Testing: Sampling inspection is conducted on oak flooring. The temperature of each test sample is maintained at 18–22℃, and the relative humidity is kept at 60–70%. Six regions are randomly selected from each sample, and the elastic modulus of the selected regions is measured and recorded. 2. Data Processing: The average elastic modulus is calculated as the total sum of the elastic moduli measured from the six regions divided by 6. 3. In accordance with the national standard GB/T 18103-2022 Specification for Solid Wood Composite Flooring, a sample is deemed qualified if its average elastic modulus is ≥4000 MPa; otherwise, it is unqualified. 4. The inspection and testing of the elastic modulus of flat solid wood composite flooring provides effective references for the standardized production of enterprises.
