This repository contains the anonymised images, masks, and metadata for "Ribosome Phenotypes Enable Rapid Antibiotic Susceptibility Testing in Escherichia coli". Code for training neural networks using these images can be found at https://github.com/KapanidisLab/ribosome_phenotype_classification.
The data contains fluorescence microscopy images of E. coli MG1655 and clinical isolates, details of which can be found in the manuscript.
