Base de Datos Cirugías Oftalmológicas en Sistema de Salud Público Chileno Período 2021-2022

There is a bulky waiting list for ophthalmologic clinical care and surgery in Chile. Knowledge of how the system works is required to improve health strategies. There is no open-access national registry of ophthalmological surgeries done in the Chilean public health system.  We asked for information concerning the ophthalmological surgical production in the Chilean public health system in 2021 and 2022 through Portal de Transparencia and created this database with that information. The surgical production registries provide knowledge on how the health system works. This information allows decision making based on capacity and efficiency of the public health system.<br><br>

智利眼科临床诊疗与手术领域存在冗长的候诊队列。明晰该系统的运行逻辑，是优化医疗卫生策略的必要前提。智利公共卫生系统内开展的眼科手术暂无公开可获取的国家级登记数据库。

本研究通过智利透明门户网站（Portal de Transparencia）调取了2021年与2022年智利公共卫生系统内眼科手术诊疗量的相关信息，并基于此构建了本数据库。该手术诊疗量登记数据可助力明晰公共卫生系统的运行逻辑，此类信息可为基于公共卫生系统服务能力与运行效率的决策制定提供科学支撑。
