This dataset targets the region surrounding the main peak of the Nyainqentanglha Mountains, including the glaciers on the main peak and their adjacent areas. DEMs derived from topographic maps, SRTM (2000) data, and remote sensing image-extracted DEMs are utilized to obtain the surface elevation changes of glaciers at their glacial action centers via difference calculation. This dataset specifically focuses on the glacier surface elevation changes in the main peak area of the Nyainqentanglha Mountains from 1970 to 2014, and therefore no supplementary revisions or improvements have been conducted.
