健康人群免疫数据集

康圣贝泰健康人群免疫数据产品通过高通量测序技术，对健康人群的基因数 据进行分析，构建健康人群免疫基线及评估体系。该数据与武汉大学人民医 院在取得用户授权下进行样本采集与分析，通过线上/线下方式进行数据采 集。数据属性为静态数据集，包含年龄、性别、样本类型、采样日期、免疫 年龄评估、免疫应激性评估、T细胞受体(TCR)β链克隆数等参数。

Kangsheng Beitai’s healthy population immune data product uses high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the genomic data of healthy individuals, and establishes the immune baseline and assessment system for the healthy population. This dataset was collected and analyzed in collaboration with Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University, with informed consent obtained from all users, and data acquisition was carried out via both online and offline channels. As a static dataset, it encompasses parameters including age, gender, sample type, sampling date, immune age assessment, immune stress assessment, T cell receptor (TCR) β chain clone count, and other related indicators.
