This dataset contains the extracted data for the systematic review and network meta-analysis (NMA) entitled "Comparative Efficacy and Safety of Different Combination Therapies for Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma: A Network Meta-Analysis"The included files are:1.extracted_data_outcomes:The raw, study-level data extracted for all efficacy and safety outcomes used in the meta-analysis. This is the primary input data for all statistical analyses.2.Baseline Patient Characteristics:A summary table of the baseline characteristics of the included studies and their patient populations.3.Risk of bias assessment:The risk of bias assessment for each included randomized controlled trial, performed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias tool.The NMA compared the efficacy and safety of contemporary regimens including VRd, DRd, KRd, VCd, etc., for patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM). Outcomes include progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), overall response rate (ORR), and key adverse events (AEs).For a detailed explanation of variables, please refer to the accompanying README file.
