Zoonotic Host Status Model Results

Rdata files containing the outputs from our bootstrap evaluation of a model of zoonotic host status. These data (one using data as observed and the other a "null" model using reshuffled labels to correct evaluation statistics) are list objects containing a data.frame with evaluation statistics for 10 bootstrap runs of the model and a data.frame that contains information to create the partial dependency plots shown as Figure 4 in the main text. Use the load function on this file in R to access these objects (they will be loaded in as objects named BOOT and NULB).

本数据集为Rdata格式文件，包含我们对人畜共患病宿主状态模型开展自举（Bootstrap）评估的全部输出结果。数据集包含两类文件：其一采用原始观测数据构建，其二为采用重排标签以校正评估统计量的零假设（null）模型。二者均为R语言中的列表对象，分别包含两个数据框：其一存储了该模型10次自举运行的评估统计结果，其二则包含用于绘制正文图4所示偏依赖（partial dependency）图所需的全部信息。用户可在R语言环境中使用load函数加载该文件以获取其中的对象，加载完成后将得到名为BOOT与NULB的两个变量。
