coli BASE, a database for Escherichia coli , Shigella and Salmonella comparative genomics.Unlike other E.coli databases, which focus on the laboratory model strain K12, coliBASE is intended to reflect the full diversity of E.coli and its relatives. The database contains comparative data including whole genome alignments and lists of putative orthologous genes, together with numerous analytical tools and links to existing online resources.
coliBASE是一款面向大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）、志贺氏菌属（Shigella）与沙门氏菌属（Salmonella）的比较基因组学数据库。与其他仅聚焦于实验室模式菌株K12的大肠杆菌数据库不同，coliBASE旨在完整呈现大肠杆菌及其近缘类群的物种多样性。该数据库收录包含全基因组比对结果与推定直系同源基因列表在内的比较基因组学数据，同时搭载多款分析工具，并提供现有在线资源的跳转链接。
