ARHGAP4 is a key cytoskeletal regulator in epithelial morphology and EMT process. We used microarrays to clarify the gene expression in ARHGAP4-induced anti-EMT mechanism. Overall design: MCF-10A mammary epithelial cells were stabley expressed with either EGFP-ARHGAP4 or a EGFP vector were harvested for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymertix microarrays.
