IHOP_2002: Precipitation (15-minute) Multi-Network Composite. Version 1.0

The Fifteen Minute Precipitation Composite contains National Climatic Data Center Fifteen Minute Precipitation data and the 15 minute precipitation extracted from the IHOP_2002 5-minute Surface Meteorological Composite. Data from these sources were quality controlled to form this precipitation composite. In July 2005 the Oklahoma Climatological Survey reprocessed and updated the Oklahoma Mesonet surface meteorological data. EOL has not updated the composite files, however the newer OKMESO data is available.

15分钟降水合成数据集（Fifteen Minute Precipitation Composite）整合了美国国家气候数据中心（National Climatic Data Center）的15分钟降水数据，以及从2002年国际水汽实验（IHOP_2002）5分钟地面气象合成数据集中提取的15分钟降水数据。所有源数据均经过质量控制，以此构建本降水合成数据集。2005年7月，俄克拉荷马州气候调查局（Oklahoma Climatological Survey）对俄克拉荷马州气象网（Oklahoma Mesonet）的地面气象数据进行了重新处理与更新。地球观测实验室（Earth Observing Laboratory，EOL）尚未对该合成数据集文件进行更新，但新版OKMESO数据现已可获取。
