assetno - unique council reference integer.
material – description of polygon surface material.
instaldate - installation date of surface.
condition – visual condition of asset rated 1 to 5(1 failed and 5 good condition)
area_sqm – Square meter area value of polygon.
length – running length of asset in metres
width – average width of asset in metres
type – road surface type i.e. carriageway, footpath, median etc
the_geom - A Well Known Text (WKT v1.1) representation of the geometry
