甲醛的含量等级是评判木制品材料等级的重要指标之一。甲醛的主要危害表现为对皮肤粘膜的刺激作用,甲醛在室内达到一定浓度时,人就有不适感。大于0.08mg/m³的甲醛浓度可引起眼红、眼痒、咽喉不适或疼痛、声音嘶哑、喷嚏、胸闷、气喘、皮炎等。新装修的房间甲醛含量较高,是众多疾病的主要诱因。甲醛释放量测定-1m³气候箱法,将规定表面积的样品放入规定温度、相对湿度、空气流速和空气置换率的气候箱内,样品释放的甲醛与箱内空气混合。在规定的的各个时间段,以蒸馏水作为吸收液,吸收规定体积混合空气中的甲醛,直至箱内混合空气中甲醛浓度达到稳定状态。测定吸收液中的甲醛量及抽取空气体积。根据甲醛质量浓度和对应吸光度绘制标准曲线获得斜率f,以蒸馏水的吸光度为空白值Ab,以吸收液的吸光度为测量值As,则甲醛含量为G=f×(As-Ab)×Vsol,稀释倍数为1,甲醛释放量即为抽取空气体积内的浓度为c=G/Vair,最终结果为当气候箱内达到稳定状态时最后四次测定的浓度的平均值。GB18580-2017标准要求室内装饰装修材料人造板及其制品中甲醛释放限量值为0.124mg/ m³,限量标识为E1。合格率计算为不合格数据与全部录入数据比较取整得到。
The formaldehyde content level is one of the important indicators for evaluating the grade of wood-based panel materials. The main harm of formaldehyde is its irritant effect on skin and mucous membranes; when the formaldehyde concentration in indoor air reaches a certain level, people will feel uncomfortable. A formaldehyde concentration exceeding 0.08 mg/m³ can cause symptoms such as eye redness, eye itching, throat discomfort or pain, hoarseness, sneezing, chest tightness, asthma, and dermatitis. Newly renovated rooms have high formaldehyde content, which is a major trigger for numerous diseases.
Formaldehyde emission test - 1m³ climate chamber method: Place a sample with a specified surface area into a climate chamber with preset temperature, relative humidity, air flow rate, and air exchange rate. The formaldehyde released from the sample mixes with the air inside the chamber. At specified time intervals, use distilled water as the absorption solution to absorb formaldehyde from a specified volume of the mixed air inside the chamber, until the formaldehyde concentration in the mixed air reaches a steady state. Measure the amount of formaldehyde in the absorption solution and the volume of the extracted air. A standard curve is plotted based on the formaldehyde mass concentration and its corresponding absorbance to obtain the slope f. The absorbance of distilled water is taken as the blank value Ab, and the absorbance of the absorption solution is taken as the measured value As. Then the formaldehyde content is calculated as G = f × (As - Ab) × Vsol, with a dilution factor of 1. The formaldehyde emission concentration within the extracted air volume is c = G / Vair. The final result is the average of the concentrations measured in the last four tests when the climate chamber reaches a steady state.
According to GB18580-2017 standard, the limited formaldehyde emission value for wood-based panels and their products for interior decoration is 0.124 mg/m³, and the corresponding limited mark is E1. The pass rate is calculated by comparing the quantity of unqualified data with the total number of entered data and rounding the resulting value.
