Of the 118 full-text articles thoroughly evaluated for eligibility, 73 (61.86%) had to be excluded from the study because they did not present measurable analysis results transparently and failed to meet the quality threshold. Consequently, only 45 articles (38.14%) were deemed to have met the inclusion criteria and had sufficient methodological qualifications (High) to proceed to further systematic data extraction, synthesis, and analysis.
