Characterization of the small RNA cargo of the equine adipose-derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cells (e-AdMSC) extracellular vesicles

Equine adipose-derived Mesenchymal Stromal Cells (e-AdMSC) exhibit attractive pro-regenerative properties. Increasing evidence suggests that their biological action is strongly related to the delivery of nanometric extracellular vesicles (EVs) enclosing different kinds of molecules including RNAs. In this project, we aim to investigate small RNA content of EVs produced by e-AdMSC with the aim of exploring their role in the context of parental cell action.
