By collecting data such as patent applicants, legal status, technical subject classification, and the number of simple patent family members in the field of security detectors, a dataset is formed, mainly including invention patents and utility model patents related to security detectors in the global patent database. Keywords "security detectors" are screened in the results to identify patent data in the security detector direction, and the patent data is evaluated and classified using a self-developed algorithm. This dataset can be used to understand the changes in security detector patent data, and help grasp the achievements of intellectual property work in the security detector field; by comparing the patent data of security detectors of various enterprises/individuals, the technical innovation capabilities and differences in innovation levels of each enterprise/individual can be understood; understanding the technological development trends of security detectors helps enterprises avoid redundant R&D and prevent their developed technologies from infringing others' intellectual property rights.
1. Data Source: Data of invention patents and utility model patents related to security detectors in the global patent database.
2. Data Collection: The target layer of this data is patent technology relevance. The indicator layer divides the patent technology relevance indicator system into five value dimensions: market, technology, law, strategy, and economy. Patents related to security detectors are retrieved, and the indicator layer is further divided into the following criterion layers:
- Technical Value: Number of IPC classifications, number of cited patents, authorized years
- Economic Value: Remaining years, number of pledges
- Legal Value: Number of claims, number of document pages
- Strategic Value: Number of inventors, number of simple patent family members
- Market Value: Number of technical subject classifications, patent type, whether it belongs to strategic emerging industries
3. Data Analysis: This data is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), combining quantitative and qualitative methods, and divides technical relevance into three levels from high to low: A, B and C, where A represents high relevance, B represents general relevance, and C represents relatively low relevance. The comprehensive scoring method is adopted as follows:
- Category A: Strategic value ≥ 50 points, economic value ≥ 20 points, market value ≥ 50 points, legal value ≥ 60 points, technical value ≥ 30 points
- Category B: Strategic value ranges from 40 to 50 points (excluding 50), economic value ≥ 20 points, market value ≥ 30 points, legal value ≥ 70 points, technical value ≥ 30 points
- The remaining cases belong to Category C
4. Data Application: Provide R&D decision-making basis and priority reference for technical avoidance work for technicians in this field.
