PRISMA 2020 Checklist for "A systematic review of the agronomic valorization of coffee pulp and swine manure"

This dataset provides the supplementary methodological documentation and the comprehensive literature inventory supporting the systematic review focused on the agricultural and livestock valorization of coffee pulp and swine manure. The foundational research systematically maps the agronomic applications of these high-volume agro-industrial residues within the circular economy framework, specifically excluding bioenergy-focused studies, to identify critical research gaps and evaluate the synergistic potential of anaerobic co-digestion. The repository comprises three fundamental files essential for ensuring research reproducibility and methodological transparency. The first component is the fully completed PRISMA 2020 Checklist, which meticulously details the systematic methodological approach, including the specific search equations, eligibility criteria, and the rigorous study selection process conducted across the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The second component consists of the curated inventory detailing the forty-seven final included peer-reviewed articles focusing on the utilization of coffee pulp, predominantly categorized into soil amendment and animal feed applications. The third component provides the consolidated list of the thirty finalized articles addressing the agricultural management and valorization of swine manure. The systematic data collection, spanning an observation window from 2014 to 2025, directly underpins the inductive thematic categorization utilized in the manuscript to propose highly structured future research agendas. Furthermore, this dataset substantiates the conceptual articulation of the theoretical double-inhibition paradox, a biochemical barrier that has historically hindered the combined treatment of these two abundant organic substrates.
