Selected features

Selected features from the feature selection for scRNA-seq integration benchmark. Each file contains a binary matrix for a dataset indicating which features were selected by different methods for a single dataset in the final benchmark experiment.

本数据集为单细胞RNA测序（scRNA-seq）整合基准测试中特征选择步骤所筛选出的特征集合。每个文件对应一个独立数据集，包含一个二元矩阵，用于标注在最终基准测试实验中，针对该数据集，不同特征选择方法所筛选得到的特征。
