RNA sequencing of WT or BTLA KO CAR T cells following chronic-antigen stimulation

RNA-seqeuncing of mock-electroporated (wild-type) anti-CD19 CAR T cells or BTLA-knockout anti-CD19 CAR T cells following repeated stimulation with OCI-Ly18 (CD19+ DLBCL cell line) Analyzed data used in Fig 7j anti-CD19 WT or BTLA KO human CAR T cells from 2 healthy donors were co-cultured with OCI-Ly18, a diffuse large B cell lymphoma cell line. Additional OCI-Ly18 (effector:target ratio = 0.25) was fed into the co-culture on days 3, 7, 10, and 12. On day 15, CAR T cells had cleared all tumor cells, as confirmed by flow cytometeric analysis.
