This dataset primarily contains long-term quarterly observational data on phytoplankton from 12 CERN-connected monitoring stations in Daya Bay. The data were collected following standardized observational protocols for phytoplankton in bay ecosystems, with key monitored indicators including phytoplankton cell abundance, dominant phytoplankton species, and major phytoplankton taxonomic groups, among others.
