全球天气—气候精细化预测系统基于中国科学院大气物理研究所团队自主研发的大气、海洋、陆面和海冰的耦合气候系统模式(FGOALS-f2),产生的预报数据集全球水平分辨率约为100km,垂直32层,模式顶层为1hPa,时间分辨率和同化时间窗口为6小时,数据要素包括位势高度场,温度场,风场,比湿、地面的温度、降水等54个气象要素。全球天气—气候精细化预测系统还包括建立在FGOALS-f2版本上的全球聚焦多尺度精细化预测系统,开展聚焦中国区域的变网格降尺度预测,聚焦区域分辨率可达25公里。应用场景为防灾减灾、航运、农业、林业、环境保护、气象保险、城市规划、金融和能源等领域。

The Global Weather and Climate Refined Prediction System is based on the coupled climate system model (FGOALS-f2) for atmosphere, ocean, land surface and sea ice, independently developed by the team from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The generated forecast dataset has a global horizontal resolution of approximately 100 km, 32 vertical levels, with the model top set at 1 hPa, a temporal resolution and assimilation time window of 6 hours, and covers 54 meteorological variables including geopotential height field, temperature field, wind field, specific humidity, surface temperature, precipitation and others. In addition, the system also includes a global focused multi-scale refined prediction system built on the FGOALS-f2 version, which carries out variable-grid downscaling prediction focused on the Chinese region, with the focused regional resolution reaching up to 25 km. Its application scenarios cover disaster prevention and mitigation, shipping, agriculture, forestry, environmental protection, meteorological insurance, urban planning, finance, energy and other fields.
