2012-2016年华南地区开放水体中新城疫病毒资源描述表

本数据集针对广东21个地级市和广西南宁，采集了2012-2016年间110个开放水体，在实验室利用鸡胚分离法和PCR鉴定技术进行病毒鉴定。数据包括：中文名称、属名、种名加词、菌株保藏编号、原产国、收藏时间、原始编号、模式菌株、主要用途、特征特性、生物危害程度、致病对象、传播途径、分离基物、采集地、培养温度、图像、记录地址、保存单位、资源保藏类型、保存方法、实物状态、提供形式、共享方式、联系方式等。数据集共7条数据。

This dataset focuses on 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province and Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. A total of 110 open water bodies were sampled between 2012 and 2016, and virus identification was conducted in the laboratory using chicken embryo isolation method and PCR identification technology. The dataset includes the following items: Chinese name, genus name, specific epithet, strain accession number, country of origin, deposition time, original isolate number, type strain, main applications, characteristics, biological hazard level, pathogenic hosts, transmission routes, isolation source, collection location, incubation temperature, images, recording address, preservation institution, resource preservation type, preservation methods, physical status, delivery form, sharing modes, and contact information. This dataset contains a total of 7 records.
