Fatty acid composition in phospholipid fractions from fatty acid-treated J774A.1 cells.

Cells were incubated with 50uM DHA for 24 hours and the lipid incorporation was assessed by gas chromatography, as described in the Materials and Methods. Results are expressed as mol per 100 mol of total fatty acids and only selected major fatty acids (>1mol%) are reported. Values represent mean ± SE (n = 3).
