Transcriptional profiling of mouse aorta after deletion of BMP9 and BMP10

Aorta was isolated from ANF-Cre positive / BMP10 loxP/loxP / BMP9-/- (BMP9/10 dKO) mice. ANF-Cre negative BMP10 loxP/loxP mice were used as controls. Transcriptional profiling was performed to understand the importance of BMP9/10 expression on aorta function.从ANF-Cre阳性、BMP10 loxP/loxP纯合且BMP9基因敲除（BMP9/10双敲除，BMP9/10 dKO）的小鼠中分离主动脉。以ANF-Cre阴性、BMP10 loxP/loxP纯合小鼠作为对照。为阐明BMP9/10的表达对主动脉功能的重要性，本研究开展了转录谱分析（Transcriptional profiling）。
