Genomic strategies of microbiomes in Mexican soils

Soils play a fundamental role in terrestrial ecosystems, being the habitat and substrate for plants and animals. Soil microbiota performs functions that are directly or indirectly related to health effects in terrestrial ecosystems.This will characterize the soil microbiota with some degradation factor, by sequencing the 16S gene. Secondly, bioinformatics processes will be used for the identification of central microbiomes for the construction of metabolic models at a genomic scale.
