We collected the sales data of Hui'er Hearing in Zhoukou District, which includes data fields such as province, city, order type, user source, and source document number.
2. Data Processing
Based on the aforementioned sales data, we first filter out the order records with clearly specified user sources, and conduct non-duplicate counting using the source document number as the unique order identifier to calculate the total number of such orders for the company in Zhoukou District.
Then, we conduct non-duplicate counting for each distinct user source separately using the same unique identifier to obtain the order volume corresponding to each user source. Next, divide the order volume of each user source by the total number of orders with clearly specified user sources to derive the order proportion of each user source.
For example, the proportion of orders from repeat customers = number of orders from repeat customers / total number of orders with clearly specified user sources. In addition, a single order record may involve multiple different user sources. In such cases, each involved user source will be counted once separately. As a result, the sum of the order volumes of all distinct user sources may exceed the total number of orders with clearly specified user sources, and the sum of their corresponding order proportions may exceed 100%.
