Airborne microorganisms were collected from 20 January to 1 March in 2021 at roof of the main building of Institute of Urban Environment (118° 4′ 12.50″ E, 24° 36′ 52.47″ N), Chinese Academy Sciences (IUE, CAS) in Xiamen. We used a sequencing approach based on bacterial 16S rRNA genes to investigate the high time-resolved dynamics of airborne bacteria, and to explore the patterns and community assembly of abundant and rare bacteria in the atmosphere following Chinese New Year (CNY)
本数据集的空气微生物样品采集时段为2021年1月20日至3月1日,采样点位设于中国科学院城市环境研究所(Institute of Urban Environment, IUE, CAS)厦门园区主楼屋顶,地理坐标为东经118°4′12.50″、北纬24°36′52.47″。本研究采用基于细菌16S rRNA基因的测序技术,解析大气细菌的高时间分辨率动态变化,并探究春节(Chinese New Year, CNY)过后大气中丰度细菌与稀有细菌的群落分布模式及群落组装机制。
