Integration of RNAi and RNA-seq reveals the immune responses of Epinephelus coioides to L321_20267 gene of Pseudomonas Plecoglossicida

Pseudomonas plecoglossicida is an important pathogen for aquaculture and causes severe loss. Expression of L321_20267 was found significant up-regulated at 18°C than 28°C, which was verified by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). RNAi significantly reduced the content of L321_20267 mRNA of P. plecoglossicida, and exhibited the optimal efficiency for silencing the L321_20267 gene with a decrease of 90.63%.
