LMB circRNA identification. Micropterus salmoides

In present study, in order to identify circRNAs associated with skeletal muscle development traits in LMB and their potential possible functions, we selected the juvenile and adult fish muscle of largemouth bass at two different developmental stages. RNA sequencing technology and bioinformatics methods were applied to identify and analyze the differential expression profiles of circRNAs and their regulatory network at two different development stages. The results presented here will be valuable clue for initiating research into circRNAs role in the muscle development mechanisms of LMB and provide a basis for further research of the functions of circRNAs in carnivorous fishes.
