We subjected disease-resistant (Huayouza 5R, HYZ5R) and susceptible (Huzyouza 62, HYZ62) rapeseed varieties to inoculation with the resting spore suspension of Plasmodiophora brassicae and mock inoculation (distilled water). Root tissues were collected four weeks post-treatment for transcriptome sequencing, with each treatment comprising three biological replicates.
