Expression data and differential expression analysis of <i>CDS2 </i>targeted SW837 and OMM2.5 xenografted cells

Expression assessment was done using Kallisto v0.51.1[PMID: 27043002] with ENSEMBLv103 annotation of the Human genome and differential expression analyses was perfomred using R4.4.1 and sleuth v0.30.1 [PMID: 28581496].This dataset contains two different folders :<b>1) kallisto:</b> contains a subfolder per sample with the results of the transcript quantifications perfomed with kallisto<b>2) expression_analysis</b>: contains three subfolders:<b>2.1) </b><b>cohort_tables:</b> with collated counts and TPM tables<b>2.2.) DE_results:</b> results from the differential expression analyses made with sleuth with respective .Rds files per comparison <b>2.3) overall_qc_figures:</b> qc plots
