Dataset for "AI Integration and Team Performance in Hybrid Human–AI Workplaces in China

This dataset contains survey responses collected from 280 employees working in AI-integrated organizations in China. The data were collected through a structured questionnaire and used to examine the relationship between AI integration and team performance, including the mediating roles of coordination efficiency and employee adaptive behavior and the moderating role of organizational support.
