LncRNADisease

LncRNADisease hosts disease associated lncRNAs and circRNAs and integrates comprehensive experimentally supported and predicted ncRNA-disease associations curated from manual literatures and other resources. A total of new 25440 lncRNAs-disease associations were included in the LncRNADisease.

LncRNADisease数据库（LncRNADisease）收录了与疾病相关的长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）和环状RNA（circular RNA，circRNA），并整合了从人工文献及其他资源中整理得到的、经实验验证或预测的全面非编码RNA（non-coding RNA，ncRNA）-疾病关联数据。该数据库本次共纳入25440条新增的lncRNA-疾病关联。
