Study of irradiation damage in a nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains all experimental raw data, simulation input files, and post‑processing scripts supporting the manuscript In‑situ decoupling of reversible and irreversible radiation damage in a nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy under spallation neutron irradiation, submitted to Journal of Nuclear Materials. Folder contents: 20220908XRD: Raw X‑ray diffraction measurement files of pre‑ and post‑irradiated FINEMET nanocrystalline samples. analysis_scripts: Python post‑processing scripts for waveform parsing, Barkhausen‑noise kurtosis calculation, permeability extraction, statistical analysis and figure plotting. Beamtime: CSNS Back‑n beam‑operation log files, beam‑power history and experimental runtime metadata. FLUKA: FLUKA Monte‑Carlo input decks and post‑processing results for displacement‑damage (dpa) and energy‑deposition calculation inside the magnetic core. In‑situ Waveform data: Compressed raw high‑resolution time‑domain waveform records (excitation signal, permeability and Barkhausen‑noise bursts) acquired during the 8‑month spallation‑neutron irradiation campaign. Campaign3 Beam Time.xlsx: Spreadsheet summarizing timestamps, cumulative neutron fluence, beam status and experimental operating conditions for each measurement run. All files are provided for reproducibility purposes. Please refer to the manuscript for detailed experimental parameters.
